摘要
在测定银缕梅(Parrotia subaequalis)种子形态和千粒重的同时,研究了不同储藏方式、温度、赤霉素处理、光照条件对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:银缕梅种子呈长纺锤形,平均长径8.08mm,平均短径3.79mm,千粒重46.35g;储藏方式对银缕梅种子的萌发影响较大,其次为温度,赤霉素浓度对种子发芽率的影响较小,种子荫发的最佳处理组合为常温沙藏、赤霉素浓度600mg/L、温度20~25℃,发芽率达73.73%;适度光照可缩短种子发芽时间,提高发芽势。
Parrotia subaequalis is an endemic, endangered and rare species in China. Determinations were conducted on its seed morphological characteristics and thousand seed weight, and experiments were implemented on effect of storage methods, temperature, GA3 and light on seed germination. The results showed that the seed was long spindle-shaped. Average length and diameter of seed was 8.08mm and 3.79mm, and thousand seed weight was 46.35g. Storage methods and temperature had great effect on seed germination, while concentration of Gibberellin was not the main factor. The optimal method for seed germination was sand method at room temperature from 20 to 25℃ before the treatment of 600 mg/L GAs solution. Its germination rate reached 73.73% Moderate light intensity could shorten the germination time and increase the germination vigor.
