摘要
结合国华宁东电厂2台330 MW循环流化床锅炉在低负荷运行区段,屏式受热面易发生超温现象,分析主要原因是:在此负荷阶段床温的辐射热量大,而蒸汽流量相对较少所致;同时因设备故障或运行调整不当使床温失去控制,也是重要因素。对此锅炉厂主要从提高管壁材质和改变耐火可塑料铺设型式上进行改进;并结合实际运行操作,提出一系列有效的控制措施。
Combine the phenomenon about platen surface overheating in low load section of 330MW CFB of Ningdong Guohua Power Plant,the main reason is that bed temperature generates large radiation heat,but the steam flow relatively less in the load stage.It is important factor of bed temperature lose control because of equipment malfunction or improper operation adjustment.The technical improvement is mainly from improving pipe wall material and changing to layout style of refractory plastic material on Boiler Factory,and combined with the actual operation,puts forward a series of effective control measures
