摘要
目的利用星点设计-效应面法分析介质pH值对微丸中羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)崩解性能的影响。方法以介质的pH值和微丸中CMS-Na的含量为影响因素,以崩解时间为考察指标,利用星点设计-效应面法描述考察指标和2个考察因素之间的数学关系,根据模型绘制效应面和等高线图,分析2个因素对考察指标的影响。结果通过对二次多项式以及根据模型绘制效应面和等高线图分析表明介质pH值和微丸中CMS-Na的含量均对崩解时间有显著的影响(P<0.05)。结论介质的pH值对微丸中CMS-Na的崩解性能有显著的影响,随着pH值的减小,CMS-Na的崩解性能逐渐降低,崩解介质的pH值和CMS-Na的含量对崩解时间的影响呈现明显的交互作用;星点设计-效应面法分析各个因素对考察指标的影响准确直观,在药学领域具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To analyze the effect of pH on the CMS-Na disintegrating property of small pills by central com- posite design-response surface method. Methods In the formulation design RSM and CCD were used, pH of the medium and CMS-Na content of small pills were independent variables, and the time of disintegration was dependent variable. Multiliear and quadratic models were used to estimate the relationship between the dependent and the independent vari- ables, and to delineate RSM and overlay contour plots to analyze the effect of the two independent variables on the de- pendent variable. Results Analysis of delineate RSM and overlay contour plots showed the effect of pH of medium and the CMS-Na content of small pills on the time of disintegration was notable (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The lower the pH of the medium, the lower of the CMS-Na disintegration. The interaction between pH of the medium and the CMS-Na con- tent of small pills on the time of disintegration is notable. Central composite design-response surface method is accurate and direct, with bright prospect.
