摘要
目前我国国际收支处于严重失衡状态,给国家经济发展造成了巨大压力。文章在重点分析我国国际收支严重失衡成因的基础上,提出了以"进出平衡"政策取代"出口导向"政策、废除"敞口"引进外资政策、抑制国际"热钱"流入、推进汇率改革和转变经济发展方式等一系列如何扭转此种失衡状态的管理对策,这对我国尽快恢复国际收支平衡将大有裨益。
At present, the international revenue and expenditure of China is in an imbalance state, which is a great pressure for the national economic development. This paper analyzes the root of the imbalance of international revenue and expenditure in China, and then puts forward the management methods to solve this imbalance situation, such as taking import and export balance policy instead of export-oriented policy, limiting the introduction of foreign capital, controlling the international “hot money” into the domestic market, improving the exchange rate reform and change the mode of economic development.
