摘要
通过力学性能测试、金相显微组织和断口分析,并结合钻杆的受力状态,对一例Ф127mmS135型钻杆刺穿失效原因进行分析。结果表明:钻杆管体的刺穿失效为腐蚀疲劳失效,疲劳裂纹起源于管体内加厚锥面消失部位对应的外壁腐蚀坑底部,当微裂纹扩展穿透壁厚时,高压泥浆刺穿,形成刺孔。
The failure causes of φ127 mm S135 drill pipe were investigated through mechanical properties testing, optical morphologies, and fracture analysis with consideration of loading. The results show that corrosion fatigue is caused the failure, and fatigue cracks initiated from the ces- sion pits in out-surface of internal upset taper position and extended quickly under the effect of al- ternating stresses. In the end, they led drilling pipe to early failure.
