摘要
本文报道2011年2月～2012年2月12例胸腔镜纵隔囊肿切除术,囊肿位于前纵隔7例,中、后纵隔5例,长径2.5～13.5 cm。手术时间65～150 min,平均90 min。无并发症。9例术后随访5～18个月,平均9.5月,无复发。术后病理:胸腺囊肿4例,支气管囊肿3例,心包囊肿3例,食管囊肿2例。
From February 2011 to February 2012, 12 patients with mediastinal cyst underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic resection in our hospital. Among the cases, the cyst located in the anterior mediastinum in 7 cases, and in the middle and posterior mediastinum in the other 5. The longest diameter of the cysts ranged from 2.5 to 13.5 cm. The mean operation time was 90 minutes （65 -150 minutes）. No patients showed complications. Nine of the patients were followed up for 5 to 18 months with a mean of 9.5 months, during which no recurrent cysts were detected. Postoperative pathological examination showed pure thymus cyst in 4 cases, bronchogenic cyst in 3, pericardial cyst in 3, and esophageal cyst in 2.
