摘要
多轴同步协调运动控制过程中会产生同步误差。针对直线型同步控制平台,建立同步协调控制系统模型,为提高同步控制精度采用自适应滑模变结构控制(ASMC)与前馈控制(FFD)的复合控制,完成各个轴位置闭环控制,并采用同步控制器(SYNC)完成同步误差控制。仿真实验结果表明,采用ASMC+FFD+SYNC对同步误差控制效果最好,为多轴同步协调控制研究提供了一定的理论依据。
The synchronization error is generated during the process of multi-axis synchronization motion control. A synchronization control system model was built for the linear synchronous control platform. In order to improve the synchronization control accuracy, the composite control of the adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) and the feed forward control (FFD) were used to complete the position closed-loop control for each axis, at the same time the synchronization control (SYNC) was applied to control the synchronization error. The simulation results show that the composite control of ASMC with FFD and SYNC had the best effect to control the synchronization error. This research has a theoretical significance in the study of the multi-axis synchronized control.
