摘要
目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓伴室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:收治窦性心动过缓伴室性早搏患者60例,均口服参松养心胶囊,3～4粒/次,3次/日,疗程4周。服药期间停用其他抗心律失常药物和影响心率的药物。治疗前及治疗4周后查24小时动态心电图,分析心率及室性早搏的变化,并观察临床症状变化。结果:患者平均心率无明显下降,室性早搏显著减少,临床症状明显减轻。结论:参松养心胶囊可以显著改善窦性心动过缓伴室性早搏患者的临床症状,减少室性早搏,且不减慢心率。
Objective：observation on shensongyangxin capsule in treating sinus bradycardia with ventricular premature beats clinical effects.Methods：of 60 patients with sinus bradycardia with ventricular premature beats oral shensong yangxin capsule in patients with（Shijiazhuang pharmaceutical company limited to yiling）,each 3 ～ 4 capsules,3 times 1 day,used for 4 weeks.Deactivate other antiarrhythmic drugs,and during the period of taking drugs that affect heart rate.Before treatment and after treatment for 4 weeks check if 24-hour Holter monitoring,analysis of heart rate and changes of ventricular premature beats,and view and search clinical symptom changes.Result：declining average heart rate in patients with no obvious,significant reduction in ventricular premature beats,significantly reduce clinical symptoms.Conclusions：shensong yangxin capsule in sinus bradycardia can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with ventricular premature beats,reducing ventricular premature beats,and does not slow down the heart rate.
