摘要
目的探讨黄体酮联合塞来昔布治疗泌尿系结石性肾绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予黄体酮联合塞来昔布,对照组给予哌替啶,比较二者临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率95.00%,与对照组92.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。给药后观察组患者镇痛起效时间为(16.02±4.68)min,对照组镇痛起效时间为(15.95±3.18)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者用药前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);给药后15 min、30 min、60 min和90 min,VAS评分较给药前均显著下降(P<0.05),并且下降幅度相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论黄体酮联合塞来昔布治疗泌尿系结石性肾绞痛的临床疗效与哌替啶相当,但是不受麻醉药品限制,临床给药方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effectiveness and safety of progesterone joint celecoxib to treat urinary calculi renal colic. Methods Selected 80 cases standard patients, randomly divided them into observation group and control group each with 40 cases, the patients of observation group were treated by progesterone joint celecoxib, the patients of control group were treated by mepefidine, compare their clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of is 95.00%, compare with the control group that is 92.50%, the difference didn＇t display statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The analgesia onset time of the observation group is 16.02 ± 4.68rain, which of the control group is 15.95 ± 3.18min, the difference didn＇t display statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The VAS score of the two groups＇ patients didn＇t display statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; 15min, 30min, 60min and 90min after medications, VAS score decrease significantly （P 〈 0.05）, and both the decline range is similar, the difference didn＇t display statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. No patient appeared obvious adverse drug reaction. Conclusion The clinical effect of progesterone joint celecoxib to treat urinary calculi renal colic is equal to pethidine, but the former isn＇t limited by stupefacient, can be conveniently clinical applied, which is worth clinical application.
