摘要
目的考察维生素B3淀粉微球缓释制剂的制备工艺条件,分析其缓释性能。方法采用反相乳液交联聚合法合成维生素B3淀粉微球,并通过正交实验优化其合成工艺条件。结果在人工胃液中释放时,维生素B3淀粉微球缓释制剂的最佳制备工艺条件为:淀粉与维生素B3的质量比为4:1,油水比为5:1,MBAA的用量为0.2g,淀粉乳的浓度为20%。在人工胃液中释放10h后,维生素B3淀粉微球的释放率达到80%以上。结论维生素B3淀粉微球在人工胃液中具有良好的控药性能。
Objective To study the preparation conditions and release performance of Vitamin B3 Starch microspheres.Methods The Vitamin B3 starch microspheres were synthesized from soluble starch through inverse suspension crosslinki polymerization.The preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results When release test was done in artificial gastric juice,the optimum conditions for synthesizing holding-drug starch microsphere were as follows:m(starch):m(Vitamin B3)=4:1,V(oil):V(water)= 5:1,starch concentration is 20%,MBAA 0.2 g.The rate of drug delivery reached 80% after 10 h.Conclusion Vitamin B3 starch microspheres in artificial gastric juice have good release properties.
