摘要
简述经济伦理研究的历程和概况,分析了经济伦理介入体育产业的现实性和必要性,指出其在体育产业中的认识与评价、教育与改造、调节与整合、激励与升华等功能,认为经济伦理是体育产业发展的人力资本和无形资产,可以影响体育产业政策的制定,有利于规范体育企业的经济行为,并具有很重要的人本价值。
The history and overview of economic ethics was explained.It was followed by analysis of the need and realism of economic ethics involved in sports industry.Then points were made on such elements as understanding and evaluation,education and reform,regulation and integration,incentives and sublimation and other functions in the sports industry,.It is believed that it is the human capital and intangible assets in development of sports industry that affects sports industry policy-making and which help to regulate the economic behavior of sports enterprises with a very important human values.
