摘要
                
                    对于企业在创新过程中产生界面问题原因的研究 ,现有的文献主要集中在社会文化因素和组织因素两个方面。本文在对两种不同研究视角进行综述和分析的基础上 ,提出了自己的看法 :即界面的主导影响因素并不是绝对的 ,而是有一个发展的过程 ,在这个过程中 ,社会文化的影响渐弱 ,组织因素趋强 ;企业可以通过组织层面来改善或解决创新过程中的界面问题。这对于处在市场快速发展环境下的高技术企业而言 ,尤其具有重要意义。
                
                the literatures available on the cause of interface during the process of technological innovation focus on such two facets as social-culture and organizational factors. Based on review and analysis of these two angles of view, this article proposes that the dominant factor in interface is not fixed but developing, in this process the influence of social-culture is fading and the organizational influence is strengthening. Especially for high-tech enterprises in modern times, it is necessary and important to manage the interface in the process of innovation by method of organization.
