摘要
结合智能视频技术,设计基于SOPC技术的智能视频监控系统.根据JPEG标准,提出离散余弦变换与霍夫曼编码相结合的图像压缩方法.通过实验找到合理压缩比并应用于本系统,在保证图像质量的同时,得到了良好的效果.
Combined with intelligent video technology, an intelligent video surveillance system based on SOPC technology is designed. An image compression method with the combination of discrete cosine and Huffman coding is proposed, based on the JPEG standard. The reasonable compression ratio is found by experiments and applied to the system to ensure the quality of the image, while the good results are achieved.
