摘要
介绍了现阶段的环境问题及由此提出的“可持续发展”一词的内涵 。
The paper introduces the environment problems at the present proposes and the connotation of “Sustainable Development”, and its implication as well. Thereupon, it sets forth the fundamental principles on architectural design for sustainable development and the tactics concerned with winter city architecture development.
