摘要
心肌梗死是一种严重危害人类健康的心血管疾病。心肌梗死动物模型的开发与应用是研究心肌梗死的机制及治疗的关键。近年来,众多学者对心肌梗死模型的制作方法、检测指标等关键问题进行了深入系统的研究,使得造模成功率、动物存活率、制作速度、制作质量等都得到了很大的提高。该文就心肌梗死模型(以整体动物模型为主)的研究现状进行综述,以促进抗心肌梗死药物的研发以及临床对心肌梗死的治疗。
Myocardial infarction is one of cardiovascular disease, a serious hazard to human health. The basis of research of mech- anism and treatment of myocardial infarction is development and application of animal myocardial infarction model. In recent years, many scholars have conducted thorough and systematic studies on the method and detection indicator of myocardial in- farction model, accordingly, the success rate, animal survivalrate, and the speed and quality of making rat myocardial infarc- tion model have been greatly improved. This paper is a summary of the research of myocardial infarction model aiming at promo- ting the research of drug of anti-myocardial infarction and clini- cal treatment of myocardial infarction.
