摘要
甲壳素加工废水回收蛋白作酒精发酵氮源实验是以活性干酵母为菌种制备种子液发酵,首先确定了以酵母浸膏为氮源的最佳发酵工艺条件为m(碳源)∶m(氮源)=4.5∶1.甲壳素加工废水中回收的蛋白经丙酮萃取色素后,得蛋白干粉进行酒精发酵试验,酒精产率较低,故采用对甲壳素回收蛋白酸解再用于酒精发酵.结果表明:经酸解的回收蛋白是一种优良的氮源,用于酒精发酵效果与商品氮源相一致.
Using the recuperated protein from industrial process chitin sewage as alcoholic fermentation nitrogen source has been studied. Make active dried yeasts as the strain for seed liquid fermentation, the optimal fermentation condition is; m (carbon) : m (nitrogen) = 4.5 : 1. After extracting pigment by acetone from recycling protein, protein powder was obtained for alcohol fermentation. The test showed that the production rate of alcohol is low; so the recuperated protein degraded by acid was obtained. The result turns out that the recuperated protein can be degraded by acid into an excellent nitrogen source, which can be used for the alcoholic fermentation just like the commercial nitrogen.
