摘要
采用氨法沉镁工艺提取含镁工业废水中镁离子制取氢氧化镁的生产过程中,镁收率一般都在40%左右,实验主要从反应pH值、反应时间、氨过量系数、废水中镁浓度等方面对镁收率的影响进行了探讨和研究。研究表明,采取合适的工艺控制之后,镁收率可以达到67%,并且所得产品符合氢氧化镁产品行业标准。
The average yield of magnesium is about 40% when Mg(OH) 2 is prepared with magnesium ion from industrial waste water by ammonia precipitation process. The influence of pH Value, reaction time, excess coefficient of ammonia, magnesium concentration in waste water etc. on magnesium yield was discussed and researched by experiment. The research showed that magne- sium yield can reach to 67% if suitable process control was used. And the product of Mg(OH) 2 ac- corded to the industry standard.
