摘要
活动轮廓模型(Active Contour Model-ACM)由Kass等人在1987年提出,它是一种可形变模型,从预先设置的初始轮廓出发,在一定的约束条件下,通过逐步形变的搜索过程,最终获得一条预先定义的、一种能量函数最小化的轮廓线。逐步形变搜索的过程,通常有数值迭代、贪心算法、动态规划法等,其收敛到理想边界的时间长。采用一种对三轴对称Toeplitz矩阵,实现LU分解及追赶法解线性方程组的方法对参数活动轮廓模型进行优化,大幅度减少形变时间。
Active Contour Model-ACM was proposed in 1987 by Kass et al, it is a deformable model and a pre- defined, an the contour line of minimizing energy function is get by progressive deformation of the search process from a the preset initial contour under certain constraints in the model. Progressive deformation of the search process usually has a numerical iteration, greedy algorithm, dynamic programming method, which it is take more time to converges to the desired boundary. Active Contour Model-ACM is optimized by three axes of symmetry To- eplitz matrix of LU decomposition and method of solving linear equations through chasing method, this way greatly reduce the deformation time.
