摘要
目的观察培美曲塞和顺铂联合疗法治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及临床护理作用。方法选择我院晚期NSCLC患者12例作为观察对象,采用培美曲塞和顺铂联合疗法治疗,回顾分析其疗效及护理方法,并进行总结。结果完全缓解者0例,部分缓解者4例,稳定者6例,进展者2例,总有效率为33.33%,疾病控制率为83.33%。8例患者出现Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胃肠道及骨髓抑制反应,4例患者肝功能出现轻度异常,但经对症治疗,肝功能均恢复。经临床护理,患者神经衰竭的症状明显减轻,11例可以正面地面对及接受病情,且可积极配合治疗,抑郁、悲观、恐惧焦虑改善率分别为100.0%、91.7%、100.0%。结论培美曲塞和顺铂联合疗法治疗晚期NSCLC中临床护理工作必不可少,其可使患者以积极的心态参与治疗,延长其生命并提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Pemetrexed and Cisplatin combination therapy for patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and its clinical nursing effect.Methods 12 patients with advanced NSCLC in our hospital were selected as observation objects.All patients were given Pemetrexed and Cisplatin combination therapy,then its curative effect and nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results No patient had complete remission,partial remission in 4 cases,stabilization in 6 cases,progress in 2 cases,the total efficiency was 33.33%,disease control rate was 83.33%.8 patients had Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade gastrointestinal tract and bone marrow inhibition reaction.liver function with mild abnormal was observed in 4 cases,after symptomatic treatment,their liver functions all recovered to normal.After clinical nursing,the nerve failure symptoms of patients had significantly reduced,11 patients could accept the illness with positive attitude,and actively cooperate with the treatment.The improvement rates of depression,pessimism,fear,anxiety of patients were 100.0%,91.7% and 100.0% respectively.Conclusion Clinical nursing work is essential in advanced NSCLC patients with Pemetrexed and Cisplatin combination therapy,which can make patients participation in the treatment with positive attitude,prolong their life and enhance the quality of life.
