摘要
金川镍闪速炉2010年大修时首次将耐磨合金涂镀在水冷元件上,应用于镍闪速炉炉体。生产实践表明,耐磨合金的应用降低了镍闪速炉的检修频率,提高了炉寿命。
Abrasion-resistant alloy was coated on water-cooling element of Jinchuan nickel flash furnace body for the first time in 2010. The plant practice shows that the application of abrasion-resistant alloy re- duces the maintenance frequency and improves furnace service life.
