摘要
超临界流体染色具有高压和间歇操作的特点,染色主要设备染色釜应具有快开和密封的结构形式,以解决染色过程中频繁启闭端盖后仍能实现密封,提高染色效率。超临界流体萃取釜的操作环境与超临界流体染色相似,通过对成熟应用的超临界萃取釜快开密封结构的改进实现染色釜操作的快开和可靠密封。在筒体阶梯结构上采用改性的C形密封圈和O形密封圈两道密封,利用釜内高压的特点,实现可靠的高压自紧密封效果。改进的卡箍连接结构有连锁保护功能,在端盖达到预定位置时关闭升压,在筒体内部压力完全释放后开启端盖。多次试验表明,这种快开密封结构具有密封圈拆装方便,开合容易,密封安全可靠的特点。
The process of supercritical fluid dyeing had the characteristics of high pressure and intermittent operation, dyeing kettle, which is the main equipment used in dyeing process, should have quick opening and sealing structure to ensure sealing after frequent opening and closing of cover, and improved the efficiency of dyeing. The operating environment of supercritical fluid dyeing is similar to supercritical fluid extraction kettle's, it could realize the fast opening and reliable sealing through improvement of quick opening and sealing structure successfully applied to the supercritical extraction kettle. According to characteristics of the high pressure within the kettle, two seals could achieve reliable high pressure self sealing effect, one was enhanced " C" form type Sealing ring, the other was enhanced "O" form type Sealing ring, which were all put on the cylinder body ladder. Improved bind link structure has chain protection functions, the cover closes and boosts pressure after the cover reaches to the expected position, and opened when completely released pressure in the cylinder body. Many experiments indicated that the quick opening and sealing structure is easy to disassemble and assemble, fast to open and close, safe and reliable to operate.
