摘要
澳大利亚职业教育与经济社会的互动性发展对中国职业教育体系构建具有重要借鉴意义。澳大利亚职业教育体系的特点是:构建职业教育体系是国家行为;职业教育体系的核心是职业资格;职业教育发展变革的主导力量是行业企业。借鉴澳大利亚的经验,我国应该把构建"中国特色,世界水准"的现代职业教育体系上升为国家战略,理顺职业教育宏观管理体系,充分发挥行业协会的职业教育影响力。
Interactive development between vocational education and the economy and society in Australia is an important reference for the construction of China＇s vocational education system. The characteristics of vocational education system of Australia include： constructing vocational education system is a state behavior; the core of vocational education system is occupational qualifications; the leading force for the development and reform of vocational education is the industries and enterprises. Referring the experience of Australia, it is essential for China to rise the establishment of the modern vocation- al education system with ＂Chinese characteristics and international standards＂ to national strategy, straighten out the mac- ro management system of vocational education and give full play to the vocational education influence of industry associa- tion.
