摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设存在来源渠道单一、专任教师实践能力不强、兼职教师教学能力不足等问题。虽然近年来各高职院校已在探索"双师型"师资队伍建设新途径,但因受各种条件制约,"双师型"教师的数量和质量离实际需要还有很大差距。基于校企合作建设"双师型"教师队伍,其主要措施是校企共建师资培养基地,共建"双师结构"师资队伍,共同规划教师职业生涯发展路径。
Many problems exist in "dual-qualification" teaching staff,such as the single sources,the weak practical ability of full-time teachers and the insufficient teaching ability of part-time teachers,etc.In recent years,higher vocational schools have explored the new path for constructing "dual-qualification" teaching staff,but because of the limitations of conditions,the gap between the quality and quantity of "dual-qualification" teaching staff and the practical needs is still very large.Constructing "dual-qualification" teaching staff based on school-enterprise cooperation needs schools and enterprises to jointly establish teachers training base and "dual-qualification" teaching staff as well as collectively scheme the path for teachers' career development.
