不同类型养殖大水域主要理化因子动态变化分析 被引量:6

Main physicochemical factors and dynamic changes in different types of breeding waters

摘要 【目的】了解邕江(河流养殖水域)和西津水库莲塘库区(半封闭、微流水养殖水域)的水质情况,为合理利用开发大水域养殖提供理论依据。【方法】2009年9月~2010年9月,定期定点采集邕江和西津水库莲塘库区水质样本,测定采样点水深、透明度(SD)、水温、pH值、流速及水样溶解氧(DO)、化学需氧量(COD)、氨态氨(NH4+-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)等主要理化因子。【结果】邕江和西津水库莲塘库区水体COD、TP、TN、NH4+-N、NO2--N的季节变化特点均是:春季>冬季、夏季>秋季,而DO的季节变化趋势为:冬季>春季、秋季>夏季。根据Kaiser正交旋转因子荷载矩阵分析,得知邕江养殖水域水质监测工作重点应为水温、pH值、TP和TN,西津水库养殖水域水质监测工作重点应为水温、COD、NH+4-N、NO2--N、TP和TN。而模糊评价结果表明,邕江养鱼江段水质为中度富营养化,西津水库莲塘库区水质处在轻度营养化与中度富营养化之间。【结论】网箱养殖对河流水域和半封闭微流水域水质主要理化因子均有明显影响,但影响程度不一。邕江和西津水库莲塘库区水域若持续发展水产养殖,则应降低养殖密度以避免水体高度富营养化。 [ Objective ]This research aimed to investigate the water quality of Yongjiang River (river culturing waters) in Xijin and Liantang reservoir areas (semi-closed, micro-streaming aquaculture waters) to provide theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of large aquaculture areas. [Method]From September 2009 to September 2010, water quality samples from the Liantang River reservoir area were collected to determine the relevant water depth, transparency (SD), pH value, water temperature, water flotation and water dissolved oxygen (DO), chemical oxygen demand (COD), free ammonia (NH4+-N), nitrite nitrogen (NO2-N), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and other main physic- ochemical factors. [Result]The seasonal variation characteristics of COD, TP, TN, NH4+-N, and NO:--N in the water bodies of Yongjiang River and Liantang reservoir were: spring〉winter, summer〉autumn; on the other hand, the DO sea- sonal variation trends were: winter〉spring, autumn〉summer. According to Kaiser orthogonal rotation factor loading matrix analysis, the monitoring of aquaculture river water quality traits from Yongjiang River should focus on water temperature, pH value, TP, and TN, but the monitoring of aquaculture river water quality traits from Xijin reservoir should focus on water temperature, COD, NH4+-N, NO2--N, TP, and TN. The general evaluation results showed that the fish-culturing section of Liantang river water was moderately eutrophicated, while the water quality from the Xijin reservoir area was mildly to moderately eutrophicated. [ Conclusion ]Cage-culturing had obvious effects on the main physicochemical factors, including river water domain and semi-closed micro-fluidic flow water quality, but the impacted effects varied. If the sus- tainable development of aquaculture continued in Yongjiang and Liantang river reservoir areas, the breeding density should be reduced to avoid highly eutrophicated water body.
