前列腺癌筛查现状评价 被引量：2

摘要 目前，前列腺癌PSA筛查的价值已成为学术界争论最多的热点问题之一。有研究提示，以PSA为基础的筛查虽显著提高了前列腺癌的检出率，但多为进展缓慢、侵袭性低、无临床症状的隐匿性前列腺癌，此类患者即使不接受治疗通常也可获得至少15～20年的中位生存期，仅有少量因具有高侵袭性、发生转移而导致死亡。
