摘要
本文在借鉴其他领域精细化管理的基础上,阐述了高校辅导员实施精细化管理的内涵和特征,以A高校为例,探讨了高校辅导员工作精细化管理的实施过程与取得的效果。
The article elaborated the connotation and feature of fine management implemented to the political counselors in college and university,and discussed the implementation process and it＇s effects of fine management by taking an university as an example.
