摘要
环境保护治理机制是解决环境问题的基础,目前我国农村环境问题日益突出,根本原因在于农村环境保护治理机制尚不完善。通过对农村环境保护的理论研究和实践运用进行归纳,探寻适合我国农村环境治理和保护的理论和方案,构建较为完善的农村环保新机制,为农村环保工作提供参考。
Governance mechanism of the environment is the foundation of solving environmental issues. Now the domestic rural environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. The fundamental reason lies in the rural environmental governance mechanism is not perfect. The article induce the rural environmental protection theory and practical application, searching for the theory and the scheme which are suitable for domestic rural environmental management and protection, expect to build perfect rural environmental protection mechanism, and then provide the reference for the rural environmental protection work.
