摘要
通过调查舍弗勒B8汽车发动机套筒链在200 h和600 h台架磨损试验后的链条"磨损伸长率"和"套筒—套筒距离"变化,200 h试验后链条磨损伸长率分别为0.15%和0.17%,600 h后磨损伸长率分别为0.215%和0.22%;200 h和600 h试验后,套筒—套筒距离变化的最大值都为0.04 mm和0.06mm。试验表明B8套筒链具有很高的抗磨粒磨损和抗疲劳磨损特性。
Through the investigation elongation rate and "Bush-Bush distance changes" of the Schaeffler B8 automotive engine busher chain in the 200 h and 600 h internal test rig testing,after 200 h operation,the elongation rates are 0.15% and 0.17%,what's more,the elongations are 0.215% and 0.22% respectively after 600 h testing;The maximum Bush-Bush distance change of 200 h and 600 h tests are 0.04 mm and 0.06 mm.The results show B8 chain has a high anti-abrasive wear characteristics and resistance to fatigue wear.
