摘要
对中世纪晚期至近代早期英国资本主义租地农场兴起与法律变革的具体历史过程进行系统考察,围绕英国资本主义租地农场兴起的三个基本条件(即土地产权、农业信贷和自由劳动力)的法律保障展开讨论,从一个新的视角探讨了西方现代农业生产组织形成的原因。
This thesis aims to investigate the relationship between the rise of the capitalist farms and the law of England from later Middle Ages to the Early Modem times. It studies three basic conditions of legal protection, that is the land rights, the agricultural credit and the free labor, which are contributing elements in the rise of the capitalist farms. Therefore,it gives deeply understand of the cause of the formation of modem agricultural production organization and its development from a whole new perspective.
