摘要
教学服务就业,双语课程同样应考虑学生的就业需求。基于就业市场调查而设计的课程实践可以做到兼具实用性和趣味性。针对英语专业设计的人力资源管理双语课程实践表明,人力资源管理双语课程可在内容上与就业指导课程相互补充和渗透,实现学生在知识、语言和就业技巧上的三赢。
The principle that teaching should facilitate job market attaches the importance of accommodating student audience' s profes- sional prospect and interest in bilingual teachings. The appeal and practicality of the course largely rely on the market survey. A sug- gestion is presented to combine HRM course with the required Employment Guidance course, which would supply students with knowl- edge, language as well as job skill in one go.
