摘要
研究五角枫翅果中单宁的提取和改性方法,以制备新型水处理剂。采用丙酮-水的混合液提取五角枫翅果中单宁,并找出最优方案,得到较高的提出率;进而用甲醛、二甲胺等试剂对该单宁提出物进行了阳离子改性。结果表明,用丙酮–水的混合液提取出五角枫翅果中单宁的提出率较高,其阳离子化产物(简称为PIT)对污水的絮凝效果良好、对工业废水带来的结垢、腐蚀等负面效应均有一定的抑制作用,具有较好的应用前景。
Extraction and modification methods for tannins in samara of Acer mono to prepare a new type of water treatment agent. Optimal procedures and higher yield were achieved by using acetone-water mixture as solvent to extract tannins. Tannins were than were modified by using formaldehyde, dimethylamine and chlorbenzyl. The resultant tannins demonstrated good flocculating effects on waste water for its prevention of scaling and corrosion during the treatment.
