摘要
针对流域大型梯级水电开发过程中的水文预报难题,提出了转换预报方法的思路。即从基础理论和实际应用情况出发,对水电站建设期水位预报的水位-流量关系法、水位系数法和调洪演算法的优缺点及适用条件进行分析;根据水电开发不同阶段造成的河道和下垫面的改变情势,提出了水文预报模型方案的相应转变措施。同时还分析了流域各梯级电站处于不同阶段水文预报各环节的逻辑关系,并给出了具体的工作流程结构。研究结论有助于实现梯级水库联合优化调度和洪水的资源化利用。
Aiming at the difficulties encountered in hydrological forecast during large cascade hydropower development, it is proposed that the forecast thought should be changed. In the aspect of basic theory and practical application, the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of water level forecast by stage - discharge relation, the water level coefficient method and the flood regulating calculation are described. At different stages of hydropower development, the changes of river channel and underlying surface are discussed, and the corresponding measures of hydrological forecast model program are analyzed. In view of the cascade hydropower stations in the different stages, the logical relationship of every link of hydrological forecast is studied, and the hydrological forecast process of cascade hydropower stations is provided, which helps realize the optimal operation of cascade reservoirs and utilization of flood resources.
