摘要
胎膜早破是产科较常见的孕产妇并发症。因其发病率较高,且随破膜时间增加,感染概率增加,对母儿危害较大。近年来,随着分子生物学的发展,国内外对于胎膜早破的病因、诊断及胎膜早破合并感染的诊断研究较多,特别是胎膜早破与感染的关系。在临床工作中,早期发现胎膜早破合并感染,早期预防及治疗,对母儿预后至关重要。现从临床表现、实验室检查及其他辅助检查等方面对胎膜早破及胎膜早破合并感染诊断的相关研究予以综述。
Premature rupture of membrane is a common complication to gravida. As the incidence is high and the following increased infection risk, it has greater harm to gravida and fetus. In recent years, along with the development of molecular biology,more and more study focusing on pathogenesis and diagnosis of prema- ture rupture of membrane, especially the relationship between premature rupture of membrane and infection have been going on. In clinical practice, it is very important to detect premature rupture of membrane com- bined with infection, to give early prevention and treatment. Here is to make a review on the related studies on premature rupture of membrane（ combined with infection）from the aspects of clinical manifestations and la- boratory test and other auxiliary tests.
