摘要
论文简述当下县级图书馆服务三农的情况;分析流动图书馆在服务三农中的优势,以及形成长期机制的原因、意义和实施障碍,并据此提出了基于流动图书馆的"大图书馆"模式的解决途径。
This paper makes a summary on the rural, agricultural and farmer＇s service of the county libraries, analyzes the advantages of the mobile library on serving the rural, agricultural and farmer, and the reasons, the importance and the obstacles of forming a Long-term mechanism. Finally, it puts forward the solution way of the ＂Big Library＂ mode which is based on of mobile library.
