石化企业的计划统计部门担负着企业原料采购、生产、销售等业务的计划安排和数据统计工作,并将统计数据提供给财务部门进行成本核算。ERP系统顺利实施的前提是计划统计部门提供数据的真实准确,计划统计部门在ERP系统实施过程中起到非常关键的作用。
Statistical department of petrochemical enterprise undertakes plan prearrangement and data statistical works such as enterprise raw material procurement,production and sales,and provides statistical data to financial department for costing.The premise for smooth implementation of ERP system is that the data provided by planning & statistical department are true and accurate.Planning & statistical department plays key role in the implementation of ERP system.
