摘要
色素对蔬菜甲醛残留检测有干扰。对3种样品处理方法进行比较,探讨不同处理方法对检测结果的影响,确定去除色素干扰的方法。研究结果表明,去蛋白法是去除色素干扰检测的较好方法。
Pigments interfered with the formaldehyde content detection of vegetable products.In the paper,we studied the effects of three different methods on removing pigment interference in the formaldehyde content detection,to determine the suitable method of removing pigment interference.The results showed that,the deproteinization method was a better way to remove the pigment interference in the formaldehyde content detection.
