摘要
利用分布于水稻12条染色体上已筛选的24个微卫星标记,对华南地区常用的30份杂交稻恢复系进行遗传差异分析。所有引物检测到的等位基因是70个,平均每对引物可检测到2.5个等位基因;有效等位基因数介于1.069~4.000之间,平均为2.051;多态信息含量(PIC)变动范围为0.064~0.750,平均为0.456。聚类分析表明,30个水稻恢复系间遗传相似系数在0.58~0.97之间,有4份材料桂55、9518、测315和5058与其他材料间的遗传差异较大,可在强优势组合的培育中加以利用。
Twenty-four SSR on the 12 chromosomes of rice(Oryza sativa L.)were selected to assess the genetic variation among 30 main restorer lines of hybrid rice in South of China.A total of 70 alleles were detected,and per primer pair detected 2.5 alleles on the average.The number of effective alleles ranged from 1.069 to 4.000,on an average of 2.051.The polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from 0.064 to 0.750,on an average of 0.456.The result of cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity among 30 rice restorer lines ranged from 0.58 to 0.97.Four restorer lines Gui55,9518,Ce315 and 5058 showed greater genetic diversity in comparison with the other restorer lines.The above 4 restorer lines could be used to breed hybrid rice with strong superiority.
