摘要
从体育的起源、概念和意义出发,深刻挖掘和追问体育的本质内涵,分析了大学体育教学的教学目标。得出:在现代社会构建大学生的体育生活方式是当代普通高校大学体育教育的终极目标。
From the sports origins and meaning of the concept of starting,dig deep and ask the nature of sports content,then analysised of the teaching objectives of university physical education.Obtained that building sports lifestyle of college students is the ultimate goal of university of physical education in contemporary college.
