摘要 基于ABAQUS/Explicit有限元分析软件建立了Q345钢摩擦叠焊焊接同质材料的三维计算模型。采用ALE adaptive meshing技术预防网格畸变问题,分析了摩擦叠焊焊接Q345钢接头的温度场、轴向缩短量的变化。结果表明,焊接界面中心温度大约在2.0 s内迅速升到140℃左右,之后温度缓慢波动,接头温度渐趋于均匀,摩擦界面处金属开始发生塑性变形并被挤出形成翻边,轴向缩短量增加。 A three-dimensional finite element model of Friction Stitch Welding(FSW) of similar joints is developed based on the ABAQUS/Explicit software.The ALE adaptive meshing in ABAQUS were employed to cope with the element distortion.The temperature and axial shortening were investigated in friction hydro pillar processing.The results show that the interface temperature reaches up to 1 400 C quickly within 2.0 s.After that,the interface temperature fluctuating slowly tends to uniform and the axial shortening begins to increase obviously in pace with the formation of flash.
