摘要
随着国际经济贸易的发展,产品的跨国流动频率增大,各国之间涉外产品责任的纠纷也日渐频繁,但各国法律之间存在抵触,因而涉外产品责任方面的法律适用法是一个研究重点。现代国际私法中,确定涉外产品责任法律适用方面,存在着新发展。
With the development of international economic trade, the frequencies of the flow of the transnational products have increased, and the disputes of the liability of foreign-related products among countries have intensified. As there are law disputes among countries, the application of law to the liability of foreign-related products has become a research focus. Nowa-days, in modern international private law, there is a new trend in determining the application of the law to the liability of foreign-related products.
