摘要
以磷酸和小麦淀粉为主要原料制备了酯化淀粉胶粘剂。考查了淀粉、磷酸用量、反应温度、反应时间、体系pH值对胶粘剂性能的影响。采用红外光谱对树脂结构进行了表征。研究结果表明,当淀粉质量分数为7%,磷酸质量分数为6%,pH值为5,反应时间为4h,反应温度为70℃时,所制备的酯化淀粉胶粘剂综合性能最佳。
In this paper,using phosphoric acid and wheat starch as the main raw materials the esterified starch adhesive was prepared.The effects of contents of starch and phosphoric acid,reaction temperature,reaction time and pH value on the properties of the adhesive were investigated.In addition,the structure of esterifled starch adhesive was characterized by FTIR.The results showed that the overall performance of the esterified starch adhesive was optimal under the conditions of 7 wt% wheat starch,6 wt% phosphoric acid,reaction time 4 h,reaction temperature 70 ℃ and pH=5.
