摘要
从计价方式、单价方法、工程量计算规则、合同形式等方面入手,对比分析了清单计价与定额计价的区别,并阐述了工程量清单计价的优势,指出工程量清单计价能够反映企业实际竞争能力,同时也可以更好地营造公开、公平、公正的市场竞争环境。
From the pricing ways,the methods for unit price,the calculation rule for the engineering volume and the contracting forms,the paper compares and analyzes the differences between the bill of quantities and fixed pricing,illustrates the advantages of bill of quantities of engineering volume,and points out the bill of quantities of engineering volume can reflect the factual competition capacity and help to establish the open,fair and just market competition environment.
