云南水稻种子生产标准化技术集成应用推广现状调查研究 被引量:3

Investigation and Analysis of Present Situation and Developing Strategy of Rice Seed Production Standardization Technologies in Yunnan Province

摘要 在文献评述的基础上,进行了236份样本的抽样问卷调查。结果显示,云南省水稻种子生产标准化进程整体处于刚起步和较为落后的人数占调查总人数的24.58%和15%。水稻生产对种子标准化技术的需求十分迫切,98.73%的受访者认为必须加快水稻种子生产标准化的实施进程。分析认为,云南省水稻种子生产标准化进程较为缓慢,水稻产量长期低于全国平均水平,种子机械加工设备数量不足,部分专用设备和装备尚属空白,影响了商品种子质量的进一步提高。提出了云南省水稻种子生产标准化技术推广应用的关键措施和发展对策即建立种子市场监管和推广应用系统、加速水稻种子生产标准化关键技术研究和推动生物多样性保护3个方面。 By reviewing and questionnaire investigation from 236 sample survey, the results showed that rice seed production standardization technologies in Yunnan was just at the beginning stage or low level with 24.58 % , 15 % respondents respectively. Its current process and developing speed was slowly, and rice production was lower than the national average for long time. Rice seed standardization technologies were indeed required for rice production. 98.73 % respondents considered it is an urgent need to accelerate the implementation. The strategies for developing the system of rice seed production standardization technologies included three key points. The first is to establish market regulation and extension system of the rice seed, the second is to push the research for seed production standardization technologies, and the third is to protect hiodiversity.
