摘要
采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱Welchrom-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-5mL/L醋酸溶液(体积比为16∶26∶58),流速为1.00mL/min,检测波长287nm,进样量10μL。结果表明,水飞蓟宾的进样量在0.219μg~5.475μg(r=0.999 999,n=6)范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为101.211%(n=6)。表明建立的高效液相色谱法快速、准确,重现性和精密度均良好,可为中草药复方"健肝散"的质量控制和评价提供技术支撑。
To establish a HPLC method for determinatioti of silybin ih "jiangahgan" Of veterinary drug, the content determination was performed on Welchrom-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm , 5 μm) ; with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-5 mL/L acetic acid (16 : 26 : 58). The fii3w rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength of silybin was set at 287 tim, The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and injection volume was 10 /LL, In result,the linea; range Of silybin was from 0. 219 to 5. 475 μg(r- 0. 999 999) ,and the average recovery were 101, 2il N, Iti conclusion, the method was simple,accurate, re- producible and precise ,which would be suitable for content determination,quality control and evaluation of silybin in "Jiangansan".
