摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,根据社会对森林生态和经济的不同需要 ,按照其规律从森林分类入手 ,优化资源配置 ,构造新型管理和发展模式 ,是实现林业经济体制与市场经济对接的全面性、根本性的改革。本文针对通化市森林资源状况 ,论述了森林分类经营的内涵与客观依据和理论基础及森林分类经营的原则。
In accordance with requirement of society to forest ecology and economy under condition of socialist market-directed economy, the global and fundamental reform to realize end-to-end joint between forestry economic system and market-directed economic is to take steps from forest classification, optimize resources allocation and construct new model of management and development according its regularity. Connotation, objective foundation, theoretical basis, principle and method of forest classification management were discussed in the paper on basis of forest resources situation in Tonghua.
