摘要
对农村非正式结构体育社团不同发展阶段的变化进行研究,便于根据其发展进行阶段性的引导与管理,促进农村体育文化的繁荣与发展。通过文献法、访谈与问卷调查法,初步收集与整理测量有关农村非正式结构体育社团发展阶段的27个项目,使用李克特5点量表的方式设计量表,基于相关理论开发出5个维度:组建阶段、凝聚阶段、执行阶段、稳定阶段、整合阶段。对此量表进行2次调查,运用SPSS18.0软件对所收集数据进行通俗性检验、项目分析、信效度检验,得到信效度良好的农村非正式结构体育社团发展阶段的量表及全模型,可以运用于相关理论的实证研究,以便为农村非正式结构体育社团不同发展阶段的确定与管理提供理论参考。
Studying the changes in different developing stage of rural spontaneous sports organization contributes to the prosperity and development of rural sports cultural by gradual guidance and management according to the development of rural spontaneous sports organization. The study collected and sorts 27 items that survey the different development stage of rural spontaneous sports organization through literature, interview and questionnaire survey. Using the means of 5-point Likert to design the scale and based on the related theories, the development of rural spontaneous sports organization was divided into five stages, the forming stage, the condensed stage, the execute phase, the stable phase and the phase of integration. After making two surveys for the scale and the popularity inspection, the item analysis, the reliability and validity were tested with SPSS18.0, a reliable scale and full model of the devel- oping stage of rural spontaneous sports organization were developed. Through the empirical study of related theories, the study can provide reference about management in different development stages of rural spontaneous sports organization.
