金花茶开花与SPAD值和氮素含量的关系研究

摘要 目的探讨金花茶开花多、开花少和无花的原因和利用SPAD-502叶绿素仪快速判断金花茶开花量和氮素营养。方法在金花茶花期内测定开花多、开花少和无花植株一年生和二年生叶片的SPAD值和氮素含量。结果在一定的范围内,叶片的SPAD值越大和氮素含量越高,开花越多;一年生叶片的SPAD值和氮素含量变化趋势差别较大,二年生叶片的SPAD值变化趋势和氮素含量变化趋势基本一致;开花多、开花少和无花的一年生和二年生叶片SPAD值和氮素含量的相关性不明显。结论适量增加金花茶的氮素营养,有利于提高金花茶的花量;用SPAD值预测金花茶植株花量,还需要进一步地研究和探讨测定时期、部位以及SPAD值的大小和范围。 Objective To probe into the reason of many flowers,a few flowers and no flower plant of Camellia nitidissima and estimae inflorescent amounts and nitrogen content of leaves of Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama by SPAD-502.Methods To mensure SPAD value and nitrogen content of annual leaves and biennial leaves of many flowers,a few flowers and no flower plant during florescence of Camellia nitidissima.Results SPAD values and Nitrogen content were high,inflorescent amounts were more.Differences were obvious between SPAD values and nitrogen content of annual leaves and differences were basically the same between SPAD values and nitrogen content of biennial leaves.The relativities between SPAD values and nitrogen content of Camellia nitidissima leaves showed no significant difference.Conclusion Suitable increasing nitrogen nutrition is propitious to improve the inflorescent amounts of Camellia nitidissima.It still need further study and probe into measurement period,parts and SPAD magnitude and range to predict with the SPAD value.
