摘要
应用机理分析方法,对石灰石湿法烟气脱硫系统进行了研究分析,给出了脱硫系统操作pH值控制范围,分析结果对实际运行参数的选取具有一定的指导意义。同时,吸收塔浆液pH计的安装位置对其降低设备磨损和检修费用,提高脱硫系统运行的安全性、可靠性,达到经济运行目的特别重要。提出了对神华国华徐州发电有限公司1 000MW机组pH计安装位置的一种改造方案。
By using theoretical method to investigate the system of limestone wet FGD, the control range of pH val- ue is presented in this paper. The analysis result can be used as the direction for the selection of operation parame- ters in FGD. Moreover , the installation location of the absorber slurry pH meter is particularly important to reduce equipment wear and maintenance costs. The desulfurization system operation safety, reliability can be enhanced. A transformation strategy of pH meter installation location based on a 1 000 MW power unit which belong to Xuzhou CSEC Guohua Power Company Limited is presented at last.
