摘要
                
                    多元热流体注采技术在渤海油田应用期间,油管腐蚀问题严重,针对该工艺研发出COSL-1缓蚀剂,现场应用腐蚀抑制情况良好。利用失重法和电化学极化对COSL-1缓蚀剂在二氧化碳和氧气共存条件下进行了研究,结果表明该缓蚀剂在90℃2MPa CO2和0.02MPa O2模拟注采溶液中的缓蚀率达到95%以上。动电位测试表明缓蚀剂主要通过改变阳极过程起缓蚀作用,在N80钢表面的吸附满足Langmuir吸附等温式。
                
                Multi-component thermal fluid exploitation enhanced the recovery factor of thick oil greatly in Bohai Oilfield, but also caused severe corrosion of oil tubes. Corrosion inhibitor COSL-1 was developed to prevent the corrosion with good result in oil well. The inhibition performance of COSL-1 was investigated by weight loss and polarization curves. The inhibition efficiency can reach 950% in simulated solution with 2 MPa CO2 and 0. 02 MPa 02 at 90 ℃. Electrochemical tests show that inhibitor COSL-1 belongs to mixed-type inhibitor and prohibits the corrosion anodic process principally, and the adsorption behavior of the inhibitor on steel N80 obeys the Langmuir isothermal equation.
