摘要
带式输送机是目前我国应用最多的一种散料输送设备,主要应用在化工、建材和矿山等行业中,对于传动系统常用设计方法而言,虚拟样机技术的发展已是大势所趋。文中主要对带式输送机虚拟样机的设计进行研究,主要通过CAD软件内的各种零件信息和CAD的模型功能,在CAD软件中进行虚拟机的模型设计,然后在对虚拟机进行仿真研究。
The belt conveyor is currently China's most widely used bulk material handling equipment, mainly used in chemical industry, building materials and mining industry for the transmission system commonly used design methods, the development of virtual prototyping technology is the trend. In this paper, the design of the virtual prototype of the belt conveyor, mainly through a variety of parts informa- tion in the CAD software and CAD modeling capabilities, a virtual machine model designed in CAD soft- ware. and simulation studies in the virtual machine.
